The unpaid internships offered through our club provide students the opportunity to gain experience working in a real-life business environment. Our internships typically take place in the Fall semester of each year. We partner with various organizations creating positions in areas including but not limited to: consulting, accounting, entrepreneurship, marketing, finance, business development, and engineering. We will be posting these opportunities as they become available on our social media and website.
Please do not hesitate to reach out to our Director of Talent, Rachel Hughes, at email@example.com with any inquiries regarding our internships.
If your organization is interested in partnering with the HCC on an internship, please view our Program Package 2020-2021 and direct any inquiries to our Director of External Relations, Ethan Stokes, at firstname.lastname@example.org
“I found my first internship through the HCC – it was an unforgettable experience! Myself and another HCC member completed a digital marketing internship for a local Calgary start-up called STMPDR, which focuses on increasing community engagement for all things related to the Calgary Stampede and other central events in Calgary. The internship was not only super fun, but it was a great learning experience! We promoted Calgary events using social media and the STMPDR website. We created online advertisements, blog posts, and Instagram stories! By the end of our internship, we increased online engagement with STMPDR by over 60%!
